Our Business Mission:

To provide affordable housing to families. Providing financing to those who could not normally get conventional financing and to anyone trying to fill a niche, i.e. lake lots, hunting camp, etc.

 

Product:

The Company's primary product will be New Manufactured Housing. We have great knowledge in the industry. Texas is the number one state in manufactured housing sales and manufacturing industry.

 

Sales Potential:

$40k - $80k first year potential - top performers can earn over $100k!
90 Day Probationary Period & Temporary Retail MH Sales License
After 60 days, you'll go to school to become Permanently Licensed for MH Sales

 

Requirements:

- A Great Attitude
- Professional Appearance
- Sales Experience preferred but will train the right person
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- 45-60 Hours per week
