Orleans Housing, LLC., Vice President of Sales Operations, Mark Ledet, worked in the Manufacturing and Whole Sale business for about 2 years before trying to convince his Father, Anthony Ledet, the Company President and Owner, to open up a Family, Affordable, Friendly, and Customer Service oriented, dealership.
This Dealership idea would service anyone who would be looking for a great place to buy their home to call their own. After an additional 2 years of Mark's Business Plans, lots of convincing and ideas of an excellent Dealership, Mark and his Father, Anthony, pushed the GO button. Anthony formed the Company, now known as, Orleans Housing, LLC. in July of 2015. Anthony J Ledet is the Owner and President of not only Orleans Housing, LLC, but Owns and Operates Anthony Ledet Insurance Agency, Inc., a Final Expense, Annuity & Life Insurance Agency helping families since 1984. Anthony also owns JMM Holdings, LLC. a real estate holding company, currently not holding any properties, but held as many as 4 large properties. Anthony is a fair, honest, business minded Family Man, wanting to help others.

Mark A. Ledet is the VP of Sales Operations and the idea and Co Founder of Orleans Housing, LLC. Mark has been in the Manufactured Housing Business since 2012 and with over 2500 homes sold in that short period of time. Mark has spent over 7 years in the financial, mortgage, loan origination and credit business and has over 10 years’ experience in retail sales, recruiting of sales persons, training, finance and operations management.
With Education in Business Management, Financing and Criminal Justice, Mark will surely get the best deal that makes sense not only for you and your family but for everyone involved. MELISSA K. HILL
Melissa K. Hill is the Home Consultant Sales Manager. Melissa started her career in sales in 2014 due to her best friend pushing her to get into one of the most rewarding career fields. After putting much thought and trust into the VP of Sales Operations and very close friend, Mark A. Ledet, she partnered up with Orleans Housing, LLC.
With an education in Business and Computer Science she was taken under the wing of Mark A. Ledet. After a bit of training, schooling and some mentoring she is off to the races.
Melissa has done very well since the opening of Orleans Housing, LLC. and has now moved to become the Sales Manager of the Home Consultant Team.
